After more than twenty years as executive in both commercial and investment banking, Amr spent the last twenty five years creating a new asset class in the Egyptian market, bringing medium-term retail receivables to the debt capital market through 45 groundbreaking and successful securitization issues.

Fouad brings extensive experience in corporate and retail lending as a leading European bank Executive with close to forty years in Egyptian, Swiss, American and European banks. Fouad was a founder and a main lecturer in the Bankers association's Executives' school in Luxembourg.
Amr Lamei and Fouad Rathle are the principals behind Solsek. These two professionals bring more than 80 years of diversified banking and finance experience to the table with extensive knowledge in corporate and retail lending and with unparalleled experience in the field of securitization. They have worked together for a number of years since the eighties and have held executive and leading roles in Egyptian, Middle Eastern and European banks and financial institutions. The masterminding, establishment and leading of Contact Financial Holding, the first and largest Egyptian non-bank financial service provider twenty-four years ago, is among the achievements they bring to the Luxembourg market.
